Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns only for valid reasons and within 7 days of delivery.
Valid reasons
- Wrong product received.
- Product received damaged or defective.
- Product is materially different from the product ordered.
- Missing item or quantity caused by our fulfillment.
Please contact us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Additional information may be requested where appropriate.
Products should be returned unused, unopened and in original condition unless the return is for damage, defect or an incorrect item received.
Refunds
Once an eligible return or refund is approved and the required verification is complete, we will process the applicable refund to the original payment method or another agreed method where appropriate. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
Requests that do not meet a valid return reason may be declined.
